Caribe Rub - DISCONTINUED
The inspiration for Silver Cloud's Caribe Rub is the sweet and spicy flavors characteristic of the cooking in the Caribbean. Our Caribe Rub is a versatile seasoning, perfect for grilled chicken, fish, shrimp and pork. It can also be used to season rice and vegetables. Caribe Rub is best applied directly to your meat. We recommend using two tablespoons of this rub per pound of meat or fish and applying an hour or two before cooking. This allows the flavors to be absorbed. When using to season shimp, we suggest applying the rub after cooking. Many professional chefs prefer using dry rubs to marinades when cooking meats at high temperatures, since they do not burn as easily.
Caribe Rub contains garlic, coconut, sea salt, citric acid, thyme, oregano, clove, cayenne pepper and bay. This rub is gluten-free.

Silver Cloud offers the finest cured Vanilla Beans, which can be purchased
in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will
vary.

This month we have added a number of imitation flavors including Peanut Butter. We are focusing our efforts on developing a complete line of flavors that have special appeal to customers of Mexican, South and Central American descent. As part of this effort we have started offering Imitation Dulce de Leche, Horchata and Lychee Extract. We have also added under pure and natural flavors a Chirimoya, Natural Flavor Blend. Next month, look for Papaya, Margarita and Condensed Milk
