Vanilla Sugar
Silver Cloud's great tasting old fashioned Vanilla Sugar is made using raw white sugar from Hawaii, ground vanilla beans and vanilla bean pieces. Vanilla sugar was used in cooking and baking before vanilla extract was widely available. It is wonderful when sprinkled in coffee, tea, fruit, cold or hot cereal. For a real treat, try it on French toast. Vanilla Sugar can be substituted for plain sugar in almost any food or beverage. The added sweetness of the vanilla often reduces the amount of sugar needed.
Each sixteen ounce pouch of our Vanilla Sugar contains the equivalent of three whole vanilla beans. Like all of Silver Cloud's vanilla products, the vanilla beans used in our sugar are grown exclusively on the Silver Cloud Estates. Silver Cloud offers the finest cured Vanilla Beans, which can be purchased
in glass tubes containing three beans or 8 ounce and 17 ounce vacuum sealed pouches.
There are approximately 40 beans in an 8 ounce pouch. Since our beans are
sold by weight, depending on the size of the beans, the number in a pouch will
vary.

This month we have added a number of imitation flavors including Peanut Butter. We are focusing our efforts on developing a complete line of flavors that have special appeal to customers of Mexican, South and Central American descent. As part of this effort we have started offering Imitation Dulce de Leche, Horchata and Lychee Extract. We have also added under pure and natural flavors a Chirimoya, Natural Flavor Blend. Next month, look for Papaya, Margarita and Condensed Milk
